Lexus Canada launches The Guest List ownership program

Manoir Hovey, a participating hotel in Lexus Canada's Guest List program

According to Lexus Canada’s announcement, the brand has launched The Guest List, a national ownership-benefits program linking Canadian owners with selected luxury hotels, access to Lexus vehicles during certain stays and branded experiences including a Cambridge, Ontario, factory tour.

The program is live, although individual hotel offers, vehicle access and booking conditions vary. Lexus also provides a separate plant-tour registration page with specific eligibility and waitlist details, so owners should check the terms for each experience before making plans.

Which hotels are part of The Guest List?

Lexus Canada’s launch roster spans five provinces:

  • Fox Harb’r Resort, Nova Scotia
  • Manoir Hovey, Quebec
  • The Royal Hotel, Ontario
  • 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa, Ontario
  • Langdon Hall, Ontario
  • The Malcolm Hotel, Alberta
  • Oak Bay Beach Hotel, British Columbia

Lexus describes the hotel benefits as exclusive offers and preferred benefits for owners. The company also says each participating property provides access to a Lexus vehicle to help guests explore nearby destinations. The announcement does not identify the vehicle models, quantities, booking process, driver requirements or insurance terms.

Cambridge plant tours and Cirque du Soleil access

The Lexus Plant Tour Experience is described as a behind-the-scenes look at NX and RX manufacturing in Cambridge, Ontario, paired with a complimentary three-course lunch at Langdon Hall. That connection is particularly relevant because Canadian production is central to the brand’s domestic story; Speedhounds has also covered how the 2027 Lexus NX lineup is changing in Canada.

Lexus also promises special opportunities through its Canadian partnership with Cirque du Soleil. The launch release does not specify event dates, ticket allocations or redemption procedures.

What Lexus owners still need to confirm

  • Which ownership and lease arrangements qualify for each benefit
  • Whether pre-owned vehicle owners are eligible
  • Whether membership or individual experiences carry fees
  • How hotel offers and vehicles are reserved
  • Vehicle models, insurance requirements and driver restrictions
  • Plant-tour waitlist availability, guest eligibility and security requirements
  • Blackout dates and cancellation rules

Lexus’s plant-tour page says the complimentary tour includes lunch at Langdon Hall, that one owner and one guest may attend per registered VIN, and that guests must be at least 15. It also states that 2026 tours are fully booked and offers a waitlist for future opportunities. Other benefits still require checking their individual terms. Lexus directs customers to its official Guest List page for current details.

What this means for Canadian owners

The initial partner list gives The Guest List meaningful geographic reach, from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, while the Cambridge tour provides a distinctly Canadian experience. The value will depend on the actual hotel benefits, how easily owners can reserve the vehicles and experiences, and whether the program expands beyond the launch partners.
