Stellantis Names Pablo Di Si to Lead North America

Stellantis has appointed Pablo Di Si Chief Operating Officer for North America and American Brands, effective immediately. He joins the leadership team and reports to chief executive Antonio Filosa.

The November 4 announcement moves regional responsibility from Filosa, who had continued overseeing North America while serving as group CEO.

An appointment covering Canada

Di Si’s stated remit includes the United States, Canada and Mexico. Stellantis says he brings more than 25 years of experience and previously led Volkswagen businesses in North and South America, as well as holding roles at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

His most recent role was Stellantis Chief Performance Officer. The company also named Jon Nelson North America Chief Financial Officer, Gustavo Soloaga Chief Performance Officer and Alexandre Sorel CEO of Stellantis Financial Services.

What has—and has not—been announced

This is a corporate leadership change. The release does not announce a Canadian model launch, retail price adjustment or a new production commitment at a Canadian plant.

For Canadian shoppers, the useful follow-up will be concrete announcements about vehicles, supply and ownership support. An executive appointment alone is not a basis for predicting changes to the price or availability of a vehicle already on your shortlist.
